Second Life Tip - Apply Makeup

There is a caveat when applying makeup. When U are wearing an unmodifiable skin, the tattoo boxes will not appear. Being a noob in this game, I approached the people at Help Island but they couldn't help me, so I had to figure this one out on my own. They even told me that makeup couldn't come in the form of textures! :-)
